Terms and Conditions for Appointments
By proceeding with my booking I confirm that I understand and I agree with the following terms and conditions:
- The Agreement
- This is the terms and conditions for the Provision of Treatments and sale of services. Agreement by and between you and Cami BrowsThis Agreement is effective upon the clients’ signature or payment for or usage of the service providers goods and services, each of which constitutes an agreement to these terms.
- This agreement applies to all goods and services offered by the service provider and provided to the client.
- Booking Fees
- Non-refundable booking fees are payable in order to secure an appointment, these fees are non-refundable and non-transferable, as such a new booking fee will be payable for all bookings made with the service provider.
- The relevant booking fees are as such:
- £50 booking fee if the appointment is under £400 in value.
- A £25 booking fee is required for a consultation/ skin analysis, this fee may be transferred towards another appointments booking fee if the client books in another treatment on the day of the consultation.
- Your Obligations
- The client agrees to arrive at their appointment at the designated time. The client accepts that arriving more than 20 minutes late to their appointment means that the appointment slot will be lost, and the full price of treatment will become payable.
- If for any reason the client believes they will be unable to attend, then they must follow the cancellation policy outlined in clause 5 of this document.
- The client agrees not to attend their appointment if they feel unwell and will notify the service provider as soon as possible that they are unable to attend.
- Our Obligations
- The service provider will ensure your appointment is carried out by a qualified professional, whether sourced internally or by a third party.
- The service provider will arrive on time to the client’s scheduled appointment, with the appropriate equipment and PPE.
- The service provider will notify the client at their earliest convenience if for any reason the clients scheduled appointment can no longer take place. In such an event the service provider will offer to the client an alternative location and/ or date for their appointment. Where no suitable alternative appointment can be agreed the service may at their own discretion offer the client some form of remuneration.
- Cancellation Policy
- If the client requires to rearrange their appointment, they can by giving no less than 48 hours’ notice. In such case the booking fee is transferable to the rearranged appointment.
- If the client requires to rearrange an appointment that has been previously rearranged, then the booking fee will not transfer and a new booking fee will become payable.In the event that the appointment has to be cancelled due to reasons outside the control of either the client or the service provider (Acts of God), no refunds will be provided. Instead an alternative date and/ or venue will be made available in order to carry out the appointment.If the client needs to either cancel or rearrange their appointment, they must do so by phone or text to 00447514947842. The client must include; their full name, contact number, appointment details (date and time) and information on what treatment they are booked in for.
- The service provider may waive fees under circumstances, the client accepts that this is purely at the discretion of the service provider.
- Refund Policy
- Cami Brows do not offer any refunds under any circumstances.
- If for any reason you believe the service provided is not satisfactory, please contact the service provider who will seek to remedy the issue at their own discretion.
- Your Rights Under GDPR
- Cami Brows is committed to processing information in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). The personal data collected on this form will be held securely and will only be used for administrative purposes.
- You have the right to request to see a copy of the information we hold about you and to request corrections or deletions of the information that is no longer required.
- Governing Law and Jurisdiction
- These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales and are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. Please note this document is only binding for a period of 2 years, after which a new form must be submitted by the client.
- General Information
- Prior to your permanent cosmetic enhancement think about the look that you wish to achieve. As experts in the field of colour analysis and makeovers, we ensure that the correct colours and styles are chosen for you, however you are part of the decision making process.
- Permanent cosmetic enhancements normally require multiple application sessions. To achieve the best results you will be required to return for at least one control procedure four to six weeks after the initial application.
- Be prepared for the colour intensity to be significantly sharper and darker immediately after the procedure. This will subside and become softer as the skin heals. This process can take up to fourteen days.
- Please note, if you want to numb the area please bring your own numbing cream which you can purchase from your local pharmacy.
- Since delicate skin or sensitive areas may be swollen or red, you are advised not to make social plans for up to 1week after your enhancement.
- Please wear your normal make-up to your enhancement appointment.
- Do not take aspirin or Ibuprofen 2 days prior to and after your enhancement.
- Do not discontinue any medication before consulting your doctor.
- Keep alcohol intake to a minimum 2 days prior to and after your enhancement.
- A sensitivity test will be performed unless waived upon request.
- Do not use Retin A skincare products close to the enhancement area 1 month prior to and after your procedure.
- Do not use AHA skincare products close to the enhancement area 2 weeks prior to and after your procedure.
- As with electrolysis the National Blood Service does not accept donations of blood for 1 year after a permanent cosmetic enhancement.
- Mild cornea abrasions may occur in rare situations.
- Eyebrow Enhancement
- Waxing treatments should be performed no less than 3 days prior to your enhancement.
- PL laser hair removal should be performed no less than 2 weeks prior to your enhancement.
- Electrolysis treatments should be performed no less than 5 days prior to your enhancement.
- Eyebrow tinting should not be undertaken for 2 weeks prior to and after your enhancement.
- Eyeliner Enhancement
- Eyelash tinting or eyelash perming treatments should be carried out no sooner than 1 week prior to or two weeks after your enhancement.
- Do not wear eyelash extensions on you appointment for eyeliner! Do not wear contact lenses during or immediately following your enhancement procedure. Remember to bring your glasses. You may resume wearing your contact lenses 24 hours after the procedure.You may have mild swelling after your enhancement procedure and as a safety precaution you may wish to have someone drive you home.
Lip Enhancement - If you have a history of cold sores, you may request your doctor to prescribe antiviral treatment. Permanent cosmetic enhancements do not cause cold sores, however if you carry the virus, it lays dormant in the nervous system and can be aroused by the infusion process.
- IPL laser hair removal should be performed at least 2 weeks prior to your enhancement.
- Lip wax or bleaching treatments should not be undertaken for a two-week period prior to and after your enhancement.
